56th National Film Awards function on 19th March
For year 2008, the 56th National Film Awards will be presented by the President Pratibha Patil on March 19, in New Delhi. The cinematographerа V K Murthy will also receive the Dada Saheb Phalke Award,а the year 2008 in the ceremony. This is scheduled to be held at Vigyan Bhawan on Friday the 19th March 2010. Shaji N. Karun and Arunaraje Patil were jury chairperson of this award.
